Project ENDCOV is CharitAble Maitum’s first project ever which was launched on March 29, 2020 . It is a donation drive that aims to help our fellow Maitumians who are very unfortunate and vulnerable in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis.

Withing 4 months, we were able to raise ₱53,830.00 CASH DONATIONS and ₱7,212.00 worth of IN-KIND DONATIONS. This amount of donations collected enabled us to have 4 waves of distribution in 7 barangays in Maitum! Because of our unity, we have extended help and gave relief packs to 350 families in total!

This project wouldn’t be successful without the help of our 48 donors from different parts of the Philippines and the world who possesses charitable hearts and KAPIT MINDANAO and SAVE THE CHILDREN PHILIPPINES as our partners in spreading hope through helping others.

Radyo para sa Baryo is a 60-day donation drive launched on July 23, 2020 as the advocacy activity of Buwan ng Kabataang Sarangan 2020. It’s aim is to assist select public schools in the remote communities in Sarangani by providing radio units to help them cope with their distance learning pursuits. Selected members of CharitAble Maitum and Zero Hunger Alabel convened for this cause which was coined as the “Biggest Bayanihan para sa Kabataang Sarangan”.

The project was featured in ABS-CBN's TV Patrol and in Rappler and was campaigned by celebrities such as Jojo Bragais and local and national beauty queens like Miss Universe Philippines 2019 herself, Miss Gazini Ganados! Not just that! The Radyo para sa Baryo campaign successfully exceeded its ₱200,000 target and will now be able to give more than 5000 radio units to the barrio-kids of Sarangani.

The success of this project truly proved the statement, “sa sama-sama nating pagtutulungan, walang batang Sarangan ang maiiwan!”.
